I think it is partly the dress. Landice had two just like that and she would turn her sleeve wrong side out and put it back on.
She's just reliving the 80s!
It's because the elastic around her arms is uncomfortable. But she has to keep one arm in so the dress will stay on.
My kind of girl! hehe
