I'm with Melanie. Weathermen. Hello...you don't have to keep repeating the same warning, when those needing to take cover probably have no electricity or satellite reception to even SEE the warning. And what did Tulsa do to annoy you?
I'm taking a stab that Tulsa is on the list because of baseball.
