I'm anal about what my kids wear, ok? There! I freely admit it! Guess what? I even iron their clothes. Shut up, I have a disease.
In case you don't follow my ramblings on Facebook, then you may not now I'm going out of town this weekend with 12 other lovely ladies for a husband/kid-free weekend to Canton, Texas. So, in leaving the kids with Colin and the in-laws, I packed a ziploc for each kid for Saturday, Sunday Church and Sunday night. Because, seriously, HEAVEN FORBID I trust Colin to do it.
I'm not going to lie. If I it was only Cason, I most likely would leave it to Colin. But since I have a girl now, these things cannot be left to fate. Bows and shoes that match and compliment are very important. I asked Colin if he wanted a lesson in how to do Kendall's hair. He said no. So I'm leaving a headband for her to wear to church. If you see her on Sunday morning, please know that her mama is out of town. My sister in law said she thinks she can handle doing Kendall's hair and I trust her (laini, don't let me down!!).
Colin is good at dressing himself so I think I can leave that to him.

Emily! I ziploc bag the boys' clothes just like that when we travel and Sharpie the days of the week on the front. It makes it so much easier to get them dressed and out the door quickly. I applaud your packing efforts. :)
I did that for myself when I went to camp. It was awesome.
I once trusted Josh to dress Jonah. We shall not speak of it.
Um....so I so should not have read that comment while I was at work, I had to try really hard not to burst out laughing, I didn't even notice that! If you want to send me some appropriate clothing I'd happily accept it.
I do not laugh. I pack that way when I go on vacation. Well, I don't lable anything, but it's in bags. I'm sure Colin will have the kids looking great.
Have fun on your trip.
