1. Friday we had homecoming activities at Carl Albert. The kids had a great day spending all day with their dad.
Here they are waiting for the homecoming parade to start. They are thinking, "Get this mother of a parade started do I can get my chubby hands on some candy."
Seriously, is this child not gorgeous? I mean, I'm not biased or anything. And please ignore my total ghettoness and the fact that it looks like I only have one tooth. I promise I have more than one tooth.
Kendall is showing off her CA pride. No, she never takes her hand out of her mouth.
2. Saturday was equally as busy. We went to two ball games, one at CA and one at OC. Two ball games in one day. I know. Don't you wish you were my kids? Or me?
3. I've been busy eating these (scroll down to the peanut butter fudge brownies...three words:OMG).
4. Sunday, at the in-laws house, Cason was asleep on the bed and then we found him like this:
He fell off the bed without waking up. This has nothing to do with why I haven't posted.
5. I took Kendall to the doctor on Monday for her nine month check up. We had some issues. She has not gained hardly any weight and she's not even on the growth chart. She's in the 0% for weight. So she had to get some tests done. So not fun in any way. If anyone has been with their child while getting the heel stick....imagine that 100 times worse. But she lived. But keep Kendall in your prayers that everything turns out ok. Her dr. thinks there is no reason to worry, she just wanted to check some things out.
So there. That's why I haven't posted! Now leave me alone (MOM!).

Kendall has gotten so big since the last time I saw her, and I am totally jealous of her hair color! I've been blog stalking you for a while, and now I've started my own cooking blog!
I like the air plane luggage tag on the stroller. It makes me happy ot know I am not the only one who forgets to take those things off.
Yes - she is gorgeous :) She doesn't look that little, I'm sure everything is alright.
You didn't look *that* ghetto, but it's good to know you have more than one tooth ;-)
Nice to hear from you though!
haha...your kids are so cute! But you really should put aside ball games and homecoming and blah blah blah and learn that blogging is first! (Actually 2nd after God/Jesus of course) And I'm sure you had time to do a Pioneer Woman style recipe of the Hawaiian chicken right?!
Hands in mouth = okay.
Feet in mouth = not okay and a source of constant embarrassment to both me and Mike.
Kennedy and Lleyton were off the charts on weight as well. They are just "lanky" (unlike me and my babies who were more, um, "Michelin man-ish"...) I'm sure she's okay but it is good to rule things OUT so you can sleep at night...or at least try...
Doctors always seem to find a way to make a mother worry, don't they? I'm sure she's fine.
My 9 month old is complete opposite, he's off the charts in the other direction. It's quite freakish really. He's 25 pounds of flab and guts.
Don't worry everything will be fine. Eli hardly registers on the charts and he will be four tomorrow. The doctor never worried because he takes after his dad. As long as she is happy and healthy that is all that matters.
Emily - It is good to see you posting again. I will pray that everything is fine with Kendall. She certainly IS gorgeous!
we had to get cooper tested when he was like 2 months. The nurse couldn't get enough blood so we had to go to the hospital for them to do it. He just wasn't eating enough food, it all eventually worked itself out. I will still be praying for you all.
