And that's what happens when you let a man named Steve Jobs tell you what you must have. Now our iPods are TOTALLY dorky and out of date (according to Colin). Apparently he was under the impression that after we got ours, technology would freeze in time so that we would always have the most up to date iPod. Are we going to get a new one? Not if I can help it. We already have two video iPods (or "old" ones as Colin calls them). Are we going to try to sell them on ebay? Colin says yes...but who wants to buy an iPod that says, "The White's iPod" on the back? And why is it there? Because someone was afraid I would lose it.

Imagine spending $600 on a phone + $200 to cancel your phone service and switch to AT&T 3 weeks ago. Now, pretend that Apple cut the price of said phone $200. Can you get your $200 back? Nope, not unless it is within 14 days of the purchase :(
I hate technology.
Just FYI... we sold our 'old' iPod for 150+ 10 shipping. So I'd sell the two 'old' ones for the new hotness. So you could get an iPod touch for free, and then drop a measly 150 for a nano! Then you would be the coolest couple in the world!
Oh, and I've partially forgiven Mr. Jobs for the 200 drop that I was six days too early to receive b/c of the 100 store credit Apple is offering. I'll just get Ty to accidentally grab the other 100 worth of stuff on our next visit, then we will be even.

I heart Apple...
Even in all the madness. If I had $600 to drop, I TOTALLY would have. No hesitation. I want one THAT much!
Sometime go on YouTube and look for the Saturday Night Live clip with "Steve Jobs" talking about the newest iPod. Obsolete is the correct word!!
